What to include
Any of these that you know. None of them are required to start a conversation.
- Roughly how many representatives, and whether they are in-house, vendor, or both.
- What you are using today, and what it is not telling you.
- Whether a security review has to complete before a pilot can start — this changes the sequence, and we would rather plan for it.
- Whether single sign-on is a precondition. For enterprise pilots we treat it as one.
What happens next
| When | What |
|---|---|
| Within one business day | A reply from a person, with the security materials attached whether or not you asked. |
| First call | Thirty minutes. Your situation, not a slide deck. If KnockAtlas is the wrong fit we will say so on that call. |
| Before commitment | We load your actual lead export into an isolated environment and show you your own data on the map. Not a demo dataset. |
| Paperwork | Order form and MSA for your legal team. Security questionnaire returned within five business days. |
Pilot terms
| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Duration | 90 days |
| Scope | One to four teams, typically 20–60 seats |
| Success measure | Agreed in writing before start — usually door-level capture rate and whether manager reporting reconciles against the field |
| Exit | 30 days' notice, full CSV export of everything, no termination fee |
| Single sign-on | Delivered before the first employee account is created |
| Penetration test | Independent testing precedes the pilot; report and remediation summary shared with your security team under NDA |
